In the morning, we arrived at the school in Ostróda excited about the first day of our great collaboration with our Polish teammates. After a short journey, we reached our destination and immediately started the cooking workshop. The workshop started with a local butcher showing us how to butcher mutton and pork. His skills were incredible.
After that we were divided into several international groups and began our culinary adventure. The first group prepared mini hamburgers made from their own baked buns and pork, accompanied by salad and mayonnaise. The second group focused on baking potatoes stuffed with meat. The third group prepared baked potatoes with meat topped with sauce, while the fourth group concentrated on making salads.
We all thoroughly enjoyed the cooking process. After a hearty lunch, we set out to clean up. Within a few minutes, the kitchen was sparkling clean again. After saying our goodbyes to our Polish friends, we headed home.
